Would I buy this again? Not sure
Notes: This color is described as a navy. I'd have to agree with that, it goes on semi-opaque and looks best if you go over it at least once. The applicator is mega easy to use, it's a precise, firm felt-tip that allows you to create whatever effects your heart desires because of the precision it gives you - I find it pretty easy to work with. My only issues with this liner is that, if you happen to rub your eyes for any reason, even just top tap your eyeshadow to fix it or to wipe away a tear or something, this tends to fade really easily which is rather annoying.
