6 Color Popcorn Pen Kit Embellish W/Puffy Ink
It's super easy to use. Just put more ink on paper for perfect pop up effect. Then give some heat on the ink. Use any heating tool. I used hair dyer which is already on my beauty desk. Apply the heat for few minutes. Do not apply so much heat, the paper might start burning. So be aware of that. Good Luck!

The popcorn effect look amazing on scrap book pages. It's 3D in form and looks fab with layering colors. I only used one color that's emerald. As I have the emerald colored template on my blog.
